I signed up for a free month as all of my daughters have language exams soon and they can watch in different languages (I am told, nothing in evidence yet). My life has changed. I am a total convert. I rarely watch TV, or rather didn’t. Now I am a teenager again. ‘Just one more episode’ I think and the day is... Read more...

Planes, trains and sleep for those affected by cancer
Edinburgh one day and Cornwall the next – could my destinations have been much further apart? I was in Edinburgh watch my eldest complete her first half marathon. I am in Cornwall supporting specialist oncology therapy training at St Moritz, our newest spa partner. I arrived on Monday evening to be met by a very sleepy looking spa director. Her skin was glowing and she looked like she needed her bed – a sure sign that she had been the model during the training. It doesn’t sound exhausting but a... Read more...

The NHS I love the NHS not only because of their involvement in the creation of our specialist skincare for cancer patients and unwavering support thereafter. I love the NHS as they saved my daughter this week. All of my Valentines love (and... Read more...
